Carnival
You know spring is coming when the carnival comes to our town. Some years it's already nice out. Not so much this year. But we had fun anyway. Zoe's ferris wheel excitement:

We got to sit in on Zoe's dance class last week. So fun!
This is her BFF from preschool and now they have dance class together too!
In sad news, Kevin's grandmother passed away. We spent some time in North Carolina with his family. Zoe and Hannah were fast friends with their (second) cousins:
And they wasted no time getting to know (and attack) Uncle Steve:
We put all the kids to work gathering pine cones which were so sharp they had to use an implement to pick them up!
Hannah was quite the diva and not much of a helper. And yes, she wore that head band all day. Even to church that morning. Sigh.
And Happy Birthday to my dear Kevin. The girls were so excited to make him a cake and cards. And no, he's not 3. But he's thirty something. And that is the only candle we had...

hannah's no dummy - she's suddenly in warm weather and is going to pick up sharp pointy pine cones? i don't think so!! and i had the same question as camy - her shoes look huge in that 1 picture of her on the swing, but maybe it's just the perspective. cute regardless! and the anticipation of zoe's dance recital is almost killing me - can't wait to see the grande finale!
