Walking!

Better late than never - Zoë is walking! Check it out!



One day this week Kevin and Zoë went to IKEA for lunch. Kevin called me at work and told me he bought her a tent. What? Apparently father knows best...Zoë LOVES the tent.



She has dragged toys in there and loves chillin' out:



With all this walking and playing, sometimes Zoë gets a bit over excited. When that happens she gives herself a little time out...she twirls her hair and sucks her fingers until she is calm and ready to hop back to playing (about 30 seconds). Who doesn't love a self-soothing toddler??



Today we took a bunch of pictures of Zoë. Here she is enjoying some crackers before we headed out for the day:



We met our friends at Linvilla Orchards. It was a perfect day to see pumpkins and eat cider donuts! Here you see Alex, Kevin and Iesha enjoying themselves. The babies just want to be free to explore!



Of course Zoë did not understand how this worked. I think she's too cute with her little hands poking through trying to peer out!



And tonight at home Zoë had her first ice cream sandwich. She was very serious about it at first. Then she ran around like a maniac after the sugar kicked in!
